Refunds & Replacement Policy
We offer a 100% guarantee that if on receipt of the goods they are found to be damaged, or are found to have been faulty in manufacture, we will replace them or give you a full refund, provided that:-
1. You complete our Refund /Replacement Notification Form, and submit to us immediately on receipt.
2. You return the product(s) to us in the exact condition in which they were received together with all packaging and labelling attached thereto.
3. No refund or replacement will be made unless the goods are returned within a period of 28 days of notification.
4. Should, after notifying 40fide.com of damaged or faulty goods, a customer fail to return goods within the return period of 28 days, 40fide.com may charge the customer for the goods and/or the cost of recovering the goods at its discretion.
5. We will let you know as soon as we receive the goods, and will then endeavour to process your refund and/or replacement as quickly as possible. Please allow up to seven days from receipt of your return for this to be done.
6. If you have requested a replacement(s) of a lower value than the returned goods, any refund due will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. We will let you know as soon as the refund has been processed. We are unable to offer credit notes.
7. Please note: 40fide.com wish to have every opportunity to deal with a complaint or refund/replacement request as set out above. Goods that have not been notified as being returned to us, or not acknowledged as being received by us prior to a transaction chargeback request will be regarded as a potential fraud on 40fide.com and immediately reported to the appropriate authorities and credit check companies. In this event legal action may also be instigated by 40fide.com without prior notification.
