Delivery Information
Despatch Schedules
Provided that the products ordered are in stock and available for dispatch:-
1. Orders received before 2.00pm on normal working days (ie: Monday-Friday) are dispatched same day.
2. Orders received after that time will be dispatched on the following day.
3. Orders received on Saturdays and Sundays will be dispatched on the following Monday
4. Orders received on Bank Holidays (as applicable to Jersey, Channel Islands) will be dispatched next full working day.
Delivery guidelines
5. Goods to UK and Channel Island addresses should be received within 2-5 working days, and 14 days should be allowed for all overseas addresses located within the EU. However, delivery of postal packages made in some areas of the UK and EU may not be daily, and/or restricted. Therefore up to 14 days overall should be allowed. Should your order not be received in that time, please contact customercare@40fide.com
6 Goods to all other locations outside the EU, are not guaranteed for delivery, either within a time frame nor in respect of any authority which may delay the shipment in lieu of tax or duty payable or local legistlation which determines the shipment to be a restricted or prohibited import. All orders from site users outside of the UK, Channel Islands and EU do so entirely at their own risk. Postage & packing charges
A. Postage charges to the UK and Channel Islands are currently FREE on all orders over £30. Orders under £30 will be subject to a postage and packing charge of £2.50 per order
B. Postage charges to Europe (EU) are currently £4.50 per order.
C. Postage charges to USA and Rest of the World are currently £6.50 per order , subject to any supplementary charges applicable to the destination
VAT (UK only)
There is NO VAT on the products we supply into the UK and EU, save those of individual value exceeding £17.99. Monkey Den Limited trading online as 40fide.com is registered under Import VAT Pre-Paid Authoristation No 169 and will pre-pay any VAT applicable on your behalf.
